Levelpath is expanding its integration ecosystem with the addition of Ironclad, the AI contract management platform. This new integration builds on Levelpath’s strong connector network that already includes Coupa, Docusign, Oracle Fusion, and Slack.
Procurement teams can now connect sourcing requests directly to contract workflows in Ironclad. Stakeholders are able to request, negotiate, and finalize agreements without leaving their preferred tools. When legal review is needed, contracts are automatically routed to Ironclad for approval, and finalized details sync back to Levelpath, improving visibility while streamlining the process.
Emerald has already seen the benefits of this integration. “Levelpath has been instrumental in helping Emerald streamline our Ironclad integration. We can now push new contracts and renewals from Levelpath directly into Ironclad for legal review without starting two separate workflows. This has significantly reduced our wait times from one to two months down to about a week, while also eliminating the need for manual re-entry between platforms,” said Zach Margolis, IT Operations Analyst at Emerald. “Once redlining is complete in Ironclad, we sign contracts using Docusign through Levelpath, keeping the entire process connected from intake to signature.”
This integration simplifies workflows by automating routine tasks, reducing manual effort, and shortening cycle times. It improves collaboration between legal, procurement, and business teams. It also enhances visibility into contract status and supplier data, while embedding policy and legal checks to strengthen compliance and reduce risk.
Beyond faster contract cycle times, the Ironclad integration helps procurement teams treat contracts as strategic assets. Every contract and update flows into the Levelpath Supplier System of Record, creating a single source of truth. Users can view Ironclad workflow status and link directly to the assigned workflow without losing context. By combining Ironclad’s workflows with Levelpath’s OCR-processed contract metadata linked to supplier records, audit readiness, governance, and compliance happen seamlessly in the background.
Ironclad joins Levelpath’s growing integration ecosystem, which also includes:
Customers can extend integrations even further with Levelpath’s open REST APIs. Our Developer Center provides self service documentation and resources to build custom connections across enterprise systems such as SAP, Workday, Ariba, Jira, Snowflake, Redshift, and Databricks.
Organizations are already using these APIs to integrate procurement requests into IT service management systems so that security reviews happen automatically, connect ERP and contract management tools to reduce manual data entry by more than 80%, and sync supplier master data from centralized data lakes to ensure accuracy across the enterprise.
“Procurement moves faster when tools work seamlessly together,” said Michaela Dempsey, Levelpath’s Chief Marketing Officer. “With our Ironclad integration, customers like Emerald are reducing contract cycle times from months to a single week. Automating the buying center is what AI-native orchestration makes possible, delivering speed, ensuring compliance and visibility across regions, policies, and risk frameworks, and creating a more connected procurement experience across the enterprise.”
By combining prebuilt integrations with open APIs and self service developer tools, Levelpath creates a unified procurement experience that connects request intake, vendor management, contract execution, and supplier data flows. The result is a more connected, intelligent, and agile procurement function that accelerates outcomes without sacrificing governance or control.
